An entrepreneur and strategist, Sylvana Caridi brings thirty years of international experience in software engineering, technology strategy, and organizational transformation.
Her career began in Geneva, at Rolex Industries and Nestlé, two pioneers in the adoption of ERP technologies. She continued as Vice President of a major consulting group, where she supported companies in Europe, North America, Australia, Japan, and Mexico in their large-scale digital transformation programs.
In 2007, she founded GravityPro, with the vision of conceptualizing integrated technological architectures capable of aligning innovation, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
Under her leadership, the company stands out for its excellence in execution, pioneering spirit, and ability to connect strategy to concrete implementation.
Since 2022, Sylvana has been guiding GravityPro’s evolution toward applied space research and technologies derived from Absolute Relativity, ensuring the strategic structuring, industrial deployment, and international commercialization of innovations.
The Encounter–Two Paths That Unite
In 2022, Sylvana Caridi crossed paths with Thierry Babot, an independent researcher and founder of the theory of Absolute Relativity.
She brought a strategic and operational vision forged through major company transformations; he embodied an independent and innovative scientific inquiry into the structure of Time, gravity, and the physical foundations of the Universe.
From this meeting arose a singular synergy: Sylvana’s methodological rigor and industrial experience become the concrete lever for Thierry’s discoveries, whose conceptual depth opens up an entirely new field of innovation for GravityPro.
Together, they established an unprecedented roadmap, linking fundamental research to advanced technological applications, to bring forth a new generation of systems in resonance with the laws of the living and of the Cosmos.
Today–Toward a New Technological Era
Since this major conceptual advance, GravityPro now devotes its work to the experimental implementation of the principles of Absolute Relativity.
Its pioneering proofs of concept are opening the way to a new generation of chrono-scalar technologies: propulsion, energy, communication, quantum computing, and space-time navigation.
These projects, currently under development, take shape within an unprecedented scientific framework where engineering speaks directly with the fabric of the scalar temporal field-a living matrix of the quantum vacuum and neural network of the omniscient Intelligence that orders the Universe.

Thierry Babot
Chief Scientific Officer
An independent researcher, inventor, and theorist, Thierry Babot has devoted more than thirty years of work to Absolute Relativity–an integrative physics grounded in the science of Time and in the unification of the fundamental interactions.
His research explores the structure of the temporal field and its profound links with gravity, energy, matter, and information, opening the way to a new understanding of the Universe: no longer as an inert mechanism, but as a living, coherent system, conscious of itself.
Within GravityPro, he is the scientific architect and the inventor of the proofs of concept arising from Absolute Relativity, for which he conceptualizes the theoretical foundations and oversees the experimental developments.
His work forms the scientific bedrock of GravityPro’s vision:
To create technologies in resonance with the fundamental laws of the Cosmos–where science meets consciousness, and where Time becomes a vector of evolution.

Sylvana’s acumen for technology and her ability to identify key organizational and operational efficiencies for progressive business strategies have led to her induction into The Committee of 200, and to her appointment as Lead Women Entrepreneur for STEM by Million Women Mentors (Washington, D.C.).
In 2016, Sylvana received the Exceptional Women of Excellence award presented by the Women Economic Forum–an international women’s leadership network founded by All Ladies League in India. In 2017, she was nominated for Women of the Decade in Technology and Leadership.
Her achievements have also been recognized by Enterprising Women Magazine, which named her Woman of the Year 2015, and by the Mayor of Los Angeles and California Commissioner, who honored her with the Wonder Women Tech Innovator Award the same year. She was also a finalist for the 2014 Ernst & Young National Entrepreneurial Winning Women Award.
